Hi Lisa F: CallerID is a service feature option. The CID information is sent to you from the Central Office after the 1St ring & before the 2nd ring. This registers on your CID screen. You can not stop it from coming in unless you stop the CID service.To delete it from your CID phone  or separate CID unit, you will have to look up this procedure in the information provided. Codes 67 & 82 only affect outgoing calls. Hope this helps you.  exbelltel
