What 2 wear: College appointment? 10pts?

I have an appointment today at FIU and I dont know what to wear. I'll just be seeing the graduate secreaty and asking her some questions about being accepted. Should I wear formal clothing or jeans or what? thank u sooooo much!

I think you should dress up.  No jeans.  Maybe dress pants with a cute top.  So that way you don't look like your trying really hard but cute enough that you put some thought into your outfit.  Something like this:

Wear "casual formal" so instead of jeans wear khakis, cords or a nice (not mini) skirt with a nice blouse or top and some nice shoes...not sneakers or flip-flops.  You don't have to go all-out though.

DEFINITELY not jeans. I say go over the top. I got a really cute fitted suit when I went to my college interview. Or I'd say a modest dress with flats, something like that. It worked for me--I got a $40,000 scholarship :)

Ya look... you can wear whatever you want. But i recommend you to wear sport - elegant clothes and shoes. So you can wear jeans,shirt and sport - elegant jacket. But be careful. Don't be too casual...
