All three listed by Genny still exist, as you said Whooping crane(migratory), puma - there is one in the valley where I live, and silver fox - siberia

Everybody else listed things that could not exist in todays conditions

The duckbill platypus still exists

Tasmanian Tiger, Passenger Pigeon, and Ivory-billed Woodpecker (even though a few MAY still exist..I'd bring more than a few back.)  All of these extinctions were caused by humans..so feel it is important to correct our mistakes.
