What' the industrial voltage in England(U.K) Urgently.?

we are a plastic machinery manufacturer in china.

We will export a machine to a England customer.

But,he told me the voltage is 240V/3-phase/50HZ.

We are worry about it,maybe it is not right.

Could you please tell me what's the industrial voltage in England.

The declared single phase voltage (line to neutral) in the UK is 230 Volts AC 50 Hz

But the line to line (three phase) voltage is 430 Volts 50 Hz.

Most industrial establishments use the 3 phase 430 volts for power but do have the neutral available for lighting etc..

small businesses, shops and homes use the 230 Volts.
