What're some cool new things I can do to decorate my room?

My room has alot of cool stuff in it that I've found along the way!

my question is does anybody have any really creative, cool ideas they've used to help their rooms out?

well it depends on a theme there's sports and Otha stuff you might like then when u figure it out you can buy stuff for exp:

Sports:

Buy  a sports rug

buy a sports comforter or bedset

buy sports curtains

get people who play sports pictures and hang them on walls maybe if you have a few jerseys put them on your wall too that's how my room looks!

I really like plants, so I do weird things with plants-- like I plant them in weird containers (hang an old milk jug from a plant hook, and cut a bunch of holes in it and fill it with potting soil and plants things in the holes-- you'll end up with a milk jug "ball" full of watever you planted (like mint).  Or, get a large pot (12") and plant something that vines rapidly (morning glories, moonflowers, ornamental beans, etc) and let it vine up your blinds.

Or just kind of collect old junk that could possibly be used as containers and plant stuff in it.  A lot of things make VERY interesting flower pots.  (For example, I had an old candle holder that resembles an Easter Island Head, and I planted something in it, so it looks like he has green hair.  XD)

you can do all kinds of creative things with your room. just take some of the stuff you've collected and turn it into cool stuff.

for example: when i moved into my apt. i bought tiles to redo my floor. I never wound up using them for my floor so i took them and cut them up into different sizes and covered a table with them. then i took liquid glass and poured it on for a durable finish. it looks awesome!

just use your imagination and watch a few DIY shows. you'll get some great ideas
