What's It Like Working at Walt Disney World?

I've always wanted to work at Walt Disney World. During my last trip there, I asked several workers what it's like working there. EVERY ONE OF THEM said "It's wonderful". I'm not sure if it was a coincidence, or if they just have to say that. What's it really like working there? (don't answer if you've never worked there)
