What's Rottnest Island like?

I'm talking about the little Island off the coast, Fremantle is like to its east. We heard its a must, so lay down the info if you've been :)

i got dizzy from the boat ride.

but it is a nice place for sun bathing,relaxation,sights and sounds,fishing and diving as well.

better pack extra clothes whenever you roam the place.

If you go be sure to either stay the night or stay long enough for it to get dark. The quokkas don't come out very much during daylight but as the sun sets they start coming out til by midnight there are just tons of the little cute things everywhere.

its best to pack light if going there for just the day. or you will be lugging it around all day.

there are lockers avaliable.

I'd advise to stay at The Lodge if staying for a few days. the service there is brilliant.

It's a hole... Maybe I've been too many times... The first time is great... Last time I went though I spent the day on the bus, the bus driver said there was a good beach a k away from the stop of and so we walked and it was c**p. So don't listen to the bus drivers

I like going over,depends on what you want to do,good fishing,good diving(cathedral),theres glass bottom boats,ride a push bike around(take your own or rent one need a helmet or the cops will get you)take a tour of the WW2 gun emplacements and the tunnels,or just sit back and drink p*ss at the quoka arms pub you should be able to look it up on the net,hope this helps you out

When I went to Perth that was the highlight of the trip. Definitely go for a visit

There are no cars! The fastest way around is a push bike. There is so nice snorkeling and it's so relaxing. I would go If I was you.
