What's Shabakia (spelling?)?

its really nice, lool, but i can't figure out what its made of :P. lool all i know is that its fried then drenched in syrup :P lool. and then one had almonds in them. my mum's morrocan friend made it, she makes it every Ramadan :P lool, mmm yummy :P

  1. yeah its a Moroccan sweet pastry, its dipped in honey. very good for instant energy after fasting, but watch out for the calories... LoL

  4. well its a moroccan sweet made out of a mixture of nuts, sesame seed, butter, honey and other ingredients “I dunno wat they are”  that are grounded together to form a paste…then it is rolled out to become thin like pastry….afterward they are made into a shape by some rolling thing lol!!!! And dipped into frying oil…and once its done it is again dipped into honey…….

    This is not the exact ingredients…..i jus know this from seeing ma grandmother making it
