What's Tak Boleh mean?

Cuz I hear singaporean forex at school say tak boleh...

"Tak boleh" is Malay/Indonesian that means "You can not" or "You're not allowed to" or "You may not".

"Tak boleh" does NOT mean "You're not able to".

Malay and Indonesian share similar words but different pronunciations. I reckon that your Singaporean friend must have said the Malay version, because in Indonesian we don't usually say "Tak boleh". We usually say "Tidak boleh".
