What's Waterford like?

Is it how Nora Roberts describes it in her Irish Gallaghers Pub series? I'd like to go there and just want to learn more about it, thanks :)

I dont know what Nora Roberts describes it as! tell me and I will let you know if its true or not!  Im from Waterford .... Living here all my life, I love living here, its a great city! :)
