There's just something strikingly creepy about its card art, not to mention it's totally abusive effect: Flip: both players pitch their hand and draw 5. There's not many cards that can be THAT disruptive and generate THAT much speed at the same time. Not to mention it's been a big part of the Tournament scene ever since it came out, and has practically never left.

A close second is

Dark Magician of Chaos

His art is just amazing, and His effect is also incredible, and can totally ruin a game by giving someone back one of their dead Broken Spells, and him removing himself only adds to his greatness, because, let's face it, more cards can get him out of the RFG then the grave.
