What's a B average?

i am english and when i finish secndary school and sixth form (which is like college) i would like to study llb law in university in california - however lots of people are telling me to get a b average what do you get that from atm i am doing gcse's and will study a levels in my alevels i am taing history, sociology, french and ict - i will be able to A's in all of my alevels and good results at gcse what calfiornian uni would accept me and how do i go about it as i live in england + i have never visted america or even california help !!! but this is something i really want to do x thanx

  1. I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. Is it "what consists of a B average in US universities?"  the averages are based on Grade point Scale. To have a B average, your grade point typically must fall between 2.67 and 3.33.  Grade points are based on your grades, obviously, so if you have all or mostly A's, you should be able to get in with at least a B average.
