What's a beautiful place? ?

I'm writing a story and I'm having trouble picking out a location. Do you know any states or counties that match this description. Thank You So Much

-racial diversity

-different classes (mostly middle class)

-cold winters - snow, sleet, rainfall

-autumn - warm, changes of leaves

-summer - generally 80 degrees

-springtime - generally mid-60 - low 70s in degrees, rainfall, windy

-there is some rural area, mountains, there is a beach

I'd choose Bariloche it's a very nice place or the Cataratas of Iguazú.

It's very beautiful.the first one is cold  and the second is hot.

Well I went to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this summer and they don't get snow, well practically they don't get winter! But its beautiful there, their culture and the food and the famous arc, from our hotel you could take a jet ski right up to it and see the natural formation, its like desert meets ocean. They have some of the most famous snorkeling there too!

Ontario, Canada - unless by beach you mean ocean.  There is Lake Ontario if that works.  Canada is very racially diverse - expecially near Toronto.  Most are middle class.  Summer's are usually 80 degrees and the winter classifications match with the weather there as well.
