What's a better breakfast?

What's a better, healthier breakfast, particularly for losing weight? A cup of low-fat dannon fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt, or a bowl of rice krispies with 2% milk?

  1. act poor and eat nothing soon you'll be the size of oliver twist and annie

    and if you HAVE to eat have yogurt.


  2. Yogurt with fruit.. however, if thats totally not filling, try cottage cheese with sliced oranges, or other fruits you like.. you'll be full!!!

  3. I'd stay away from sugar based cereals as far as possible. The yogurt, definitely is your best bet even though it contains a fair amount of sugar itself, but I'd hope you are considering lots of other things too in your diet - like not eating anything solid after 7pm, counting the daily calories and enjoying your diet!

  4. probably the yogurt because yogurt is reallly good for you, plain is the best.

  5. yogurt certainly sounds better. check the sugar and carb amounts for both and go with the lower number. Protein in the yogurt will also get your metabolism running and burn more calories throughout the morning.  

  6. Eggs! Ur on a diet? Egg Whites and Wheat toast ...It will keep you  full until lunch and its healthy, and real easy to prepare...cereal and yogurt will keep you full for 3 seconds and then you'll want to eat again....2% milk is almost as bad as regular regular is 3.25 percent fat and that's bad...try skim milk!
