  1. Check out the can am spyder roadster for a twist on the three wheeler.

  2. It would be up to you as the rider what you would prefer in comfort, stabilty, handling  and looks.

A 3-wheeled bike would be more stable, but not better in handling and harder going into curves and the extra weight may increase gas consumption than a 2 wheeled bike. You probably pay alot more for a 3-wheeled cycle.

If I would choose a 3 wheeled bike, then it would be something like a Can Am Spyder.

  3. if i were to buy a trike, i would rather have a convertable.

I love to lean into the curves, and have heard that trikes

can get out of hand in the curves..

I recommend a scooter (2 wheeler) but find that out for yourself.

    Good riding.

  5. I prefer two wheels to the standard trike.  It does not LEAN into the curves, and that feeling is addictive, as well as saving gas, and many if not all of them do not get great mileage.  Now the reverse trike by PIaggio Group, the MP3 500 would be a real hoot.  You can latch the front suspension and sit there with your feet up and ride away and it releases automagically, Maybe even the Gilera Fuoco, if they bring it to USA!

  6. I think you would get better gas mileage in a bike not a trike.

Here is a page of videos of three wheel bikes i  just found.  I am already on the waiting list for the first one, the Aptera.  It gets 300 miles to the gallon.  It is not really a motorcycle but I think it is licensed as one because it is three wheels.

  7. i ride a 1985 honda gl1200 LTD gold wing. fuel injected  with  all the bells and whistles but no cb. trikes do tend to get uneasy while fast cornering due to not being able to lean. i suggest you buy a bike with 2 wheels. way more fun and i think a bit safer(as long as you don't do any stupid things).

the gold wing is the best tourbike and the most reliable out there.gold wings routinely go over 250,000 miles with doing the routine maintenance as needed. i suggest you get a gl1500 or gl1800 gold wing and enjoy the ride.

  8. Trikes in my opinion are unstable.

I would get a bike for sure. Way more fun factor & easier to park in tight spots than a trike.
