What's a bopper? or what do you consider a "bopper"?

I've heard this term before, and I don't know what it means.

Bopper is a female who likes to hang around with rich or famous people. in some states, bopper is a woman/girl that  goes down on a man -(gives him oral pleasure. ) -- bop- to give head....

Well where I come from that means a girl that likes to... please a man shall we say. Her head usually bops up and down on a man's you know what, thus the name bopper.
