What's a cool but not insanely expensive neighborhood in detroit?

im planning on moving to detroit (im origionally from flint) so i dont really know the lay of the land. if anyone has tips, other than how crappy detroit is and that no one should ever move ther, they would be greatly appreciated.

Since the FBI found Detroit the most violent city in America the difference between living inside the city limits of Detroit and living outside the city limits could meen life or death. I live in the suburbs but still know more people than I want to remeber that were found inside Detroit dead. If you're not Black then beware that the police are racist and are or can be your enemy also.
