What's a cute easy lesson for preschoolers?

It can be about anything but it has to be simple and somehow educational.

The colors of the rainbow learn the colors is so much fun to teach because you can print out a rainbow sheet and have them paint it. next you let it dry and go outside see how colors makeup the world. and say without them we would be plain as paper. Go back inside and then during their nap time glue white tissue paper under it and put string on it so that you can hang them up all around the room

for right now?  We are doing winter animals right now - we made a polar bear the other day on a white sack with cotton balls for his coat - snow owl babies, snow hares, and penguins.
