What's a decent robot I can buy?

I want an autonomous mobile robot that can at the very least do speech recognition, facial recognition, and obstacle detection. I would like to pay around 500$ but am willing to stretch depending on quality. I have looked at Aibo but It is slightly too expensive. Also PaPeRo and Qrio but since neither are commercially available I obviously can't purchase them but they are good examples of what I would like to buy. Lastly, pleo is not exactly what I want ( I don't think it has facial recognition or speech either) but is something that is good quality for the price. Hopefully you can help me out!

I've included several links but I don't know if they're what you want.  Facial recognition is not cheap.  Limited voice recognition isn't hard and doesn't add too much to the cost.  Limited obstacle detection isn't difficult either.  Still, I don't know if you'll find what you want for anything near what you want to spend.  It was fun looking for  the links.
