  1. its simply a note inside the parcel you recieve to show exactly whats in it. sometimes you may only have recieved part of your order with the rest to follow.

    sometimes you are asked to sign the delivery note to agree what you have recieved.

             it differs from an invoice in that it is simply stateing the goods recieved rather than a bill.

  3. Its the note that comes with the goods, its either taped to the outside or inside the parcel....it gives details of the goods received...sometimes you have to sign a delivery note....it also gives details of how the goods can be returned.
