Humboldt University in California has an excellent conservation course, and it is only a 4 year course.

you have to remember, to more you know the better you learn.

The other way, you start by volunteering, which means picking up trash, and work your way up.

like give your head a shake if you think it takes 6 years to become a ranger your out to lunch,Sir Sanford Fleming College has a 2 year program also you can apply on line to the Ministry of Natural Resources for a summer placement (job)this is for Ontario.And like you need an education for any job if you really want it.
