What's a free online form I can print for a cash deposit on a private car deal?

I basically want it to say that I'll take $100. to hold the car for 2days and if they buy I will apply it to the sale and, if not, I keep it.

You don't need a "form".  Just type it out, print it, you and the buyer sign it, and make sure he gets a copy.  Have it signed in front of a notary if it makes you more comfortable.
