What's a fun cool-off activity for kids in summer?

i babysit my younger siblings a lot especially in summer and it gets really hot here--in the high 90's. what are some fun cool off activities BESIDES SWIMMING? thanks a lot!!! :)

running through sprinklers, water balloons, slip n slide ummm thats about all i can think of

What about a small, blow-up wading pool and some home-brewed iced sun tea?

Making various flavors of ice pops from a mold and your favorite juice.

Making shaved ice/snowcones (you could even set up a stand in the neighborhood).

Going to the movies.
