What's a fun fact about Bolivia?

I'm giving a presentation on Bolivia, and I'm supposed to mention an interesting fact or two about it, but everything I seem to find is very political or just..not presentation-appropriate. See, this is for a beginner Spanish course, and we're supposed to do a simple presentation on a Spanish-speaking country. I'm just looking for a light, fun fact. Any help would be greatly appreciated. =)

Actually, the poster saying La Paz is at 11,900 is not correct. It's much worse.  The La Paz airport is much higher than La Paz.  It is at 13,300 feet.  I didn't get sick nor did I see anyone else get sick there. Just don't run the 50 yard dash up stairs ( I tried and lost my breath in 2 seconds).  There are oxygen tanks for the people who do have problems.  I don't think very many people have problems, just don't exert yourself.

  4. You can vote at age 18 only if you are married otherwise you ahve to be 21.

  5. I know that it has towns on high elevations. I like mountains etc so to me that's exciting fact. But why don't you search for Bolivia on the internet and then decide what you would consider "interesting". What interests me might not interest you.
