What's a good, cheap place to stay at in Wildwood NJ or Ocean City MD?

I'm more concerned with finding a cheap place then quality.. I want to go this weekend, should I try something like priceline?

  1. Look for campgrounds. You can stay at Frontier Town and take the shuttle to Ocean City or drive to Assateague (waaaay better beaches than OC).


  2. the comfort inn boardwalk normally has pretty good prices. also the castle in the sand hotel.

  3. Campgrounds are a LOT cheaper.  Frontier Town will be booked.  Try the cousin, Fort Whaley.
