What's a good, fast, free, file sharing program?

I need to give somebody a file that's 85 mb. I don't want to register or have her register or anything like that. Anybody know anything quick like that?

Google talk and yahoo messanger are good for file sharing.

Virtual Private Networking is the best I can come up with without having to register for a file hosting service. With that you will have to have your friend install software on their end as well. If you can get the file down to below 10MB with 7Zip or ZIP then you could just email it. Here's what I found, but it is a site you have to register at and pay for additional space:

The good thing about it is that like TinyURL you can give a simple link to your file for your friend and they can download it directly.

max file size is 200mb. You can enter your friend's email address, they will receive an email with a link to download the file.
