Actually, it depends on what IQ test your taking.It is better to look at what percentile your in, say for example you belong to the top 2 % of the population like Mensans.

Your age has absolutely nothing to do with how "good" your IQ can be considered. Within your lifetime, it may grow two or three points, but that's about it.

Where did you get it tested? Was it administered by a licensed psychologist of did you take an internet test? If it's the latter, I wouldn't put any weight on it.

119 is in the "above average" range. 130-150 is classified as "gifted", and 150 + is "genius." 90-110 is average. Anything below 90 is, obviously, "below average." I believe Forrest Gump had an IQ of 75. Just some trivia.

But don't worry about it. IQ really doesn't mean that much. "I can" means much more.
