What's a good Spanish restaurant in NYC where no English is spoken?

It's going to be hard to find a Spanish restaurant in NYC where absolutely no English is spoken, but there was this Tapas bar I went to in the East Village where the waiters all spoke Spanish. It's called Xunta.
