What's a good TV tuner for my computer?

I wanna get ready to record videos for when I get Brawl tomorrow. I'm a member of the Toon Link clan: Heroes of Wind at Brawl Central, and I doubt some of them have a TV Tuner. We need a recorder to stream matches. So what do you guys recommend?
