Question:

What's a good alternative to use as an eyeshadow base?

I didn't buy an eyeshadow base because I thought it wouldn't make a difference. Well, I was wrong. I've already splurged too much on makeup and brushes over the weekend and I just can't buy anything else. Is there any alternative I can use, such as powder or vaseline? Anything that would be lying around the house.

  1. Cream concealer works well. (Try mark.'s Invisible Touch concealer $5)

Also, they have these creamy eyeshadows called I-Sheer that work really well to help your powder shadow to stick.

Next time you want to buy a lot of good quality makeup without breaking the bank, check out mark.

  2. Use FOUNDATION. Works perfectly.

  3. ur foundation and powder

  4. Apply concealer then loose powder in your skin tone

  5. i know of people who use vaseline. foundation as well

  6. I use a shimmering lotion i don't know if you have anything like that that's ok to use close to your eyes...i would just use a shadow or something that's as close to your skin tone as possible
