What's a good and affordable Flat iron & Crimper?

I need help finding a flat iron that has both smoothing and crimping plates.

I've already heard of the convertible Helix flat iron but I was wondering if there's any others for a lower price.

Also, it would be great if you can tell me what stores to buy them in.
