It's a good time to look for strong stocks.  Look in the industry group of your choice and focus on the ones that didn't go down, or that went down the least.

The same logic applies on days that go up 2%.  If the market is up big and a stock that you own lagged it's industry group, there might be something wrong with it, and you should consider selling.
