What's a good cocktail to make that has crushed pineapple in it? I'm going for a Caribbean theme...?

  1. add coconut milk and rum and make pina coladas


  2. AMBROSIA SALAD  

    1 can crushed pineapple, drained

    1 can condensed milk

    2 cans fruit cocktail, drained

    8 oz. Cool Whip

    1/3 c. lemon juice

    1/2 c. chopped cherries

    1/2 c. chopped walnuts

    1 sm. bag flaked coconut

    Mix all ingredients together. Serve chilled.
