What's a good coffee maker (can take pods and ground coffee, loose tea leaves, give hot water) for around $30?

I'm looking for one that's good for a college student. I looked at the Hamilton Beach 3-in-1 beverage maker, which can brew pod coffee, ground coffee, tea from loose leaves, and dispense hot water. However, that one seems to be very cheap and poorly built.

I'm looking for one that is less than $50.
