What's a good college for someone wanting to be an English/literature teacher?

Many state schools have amazing education programs. Check out the programs in the state you live in. Also, many state schools started as teachers colleges or "normal schools." Look for these terms within a school's history's, and  if you see them, it probably means they still have really good education programs. If you're close to Arizona...i recommend Northern Arizona University. It has one of the best education programs in the country. Good luck.
