What's a good cream cocktail?

What's the best drink you ever tasted with cream? Answers like Grasshoppers, Creamsicles and Brandy Alexanders are all good answers. 2 ingredient drinks like Kahlua & Cream are not.

I like creamsicles,

I also make a non alcoholic one, like a root beer float... vanilla ice cream and orange soda.

Grasshopper, the old standard.  Almost any flavored liqueur combination with cream sounds good.  Strawberry banana,

chocolate & amaretto, coffee & frangelico, chocolate& banana, chocolate, amaretto & coffee...

I rather like mixing equal parts of rum, cream, and maple syrup.

There is one called a B52 made with Kahlua, Bailey's, and Grand Marnie.  There is a ton of other recipes on this site.
