What's a good dry milk powder to use?

Tha brand? The one I saw on the supermarket shelves was non-fat. Are they all non-fat? Thanks guys.

  2. The most common type of dry milk you'll see in the grocery store is instant non-fat dry milk.  It's the easiest to use. Powdered milk is harder to mix.

    The brand doesn't really matter here.  I use instant non-fat dry milk quite often in cooking (can't stand it for drinking.)

    I often reconstitute dry milk with 2% milk to use as a cream substitute in sauces, puddings and custard pies.  You can't whip this stuff for use as whipped cream.
