What's a good fishing in ontario (near toronto)?

it can not be more than 3 hours drive to/ from scarbough Ontario

it has to be a place that has lots of fishes too

Try to find some smaller bays/ponds or small lakes.  If you can make it out to the middle of Lake ontario there is some good fishing, although not edible.  There are lots of fishing spots up in Muskoka area.  Just past barrie there are some good spots too.  There are lots of them, just drive to muskoka or barrie and ask a local they'll tell you EXACTLY where to go.

In downtown Orillia there are some very nice docks specifically for fishing
