I love Winter Candy Apple body splash from Bath & Body Works for winter time.  It is a seasonal item though, so I don't think it is out in stores again yet.

For cold weather: "Angel" by thierry mugler.  It's a rich fragrance that actually gets better afer a couple of hours & stays for 24 hours!

Victoria Secret has a huge variety of fragrances/perfumes. My favorite is the Very s**y perfume, my boyfriend loves it.
