What's a good girl name?

I need a girl name.

I'm writing a story and the names always stop me dead in my tracks.

The girl, who is 26, has long, wavy, hazelnut colored hair with large blue eyes. She loves life. She works as a librarian and is very quiet and shy to strangers but talkative to her friends.

You're probably wondering, 'Why do I need to know that?', but trust me, if you get a mental picture of the character, it's much easier to find a name. That is, if you aren't me!

I really need help because I can't find a single good first name and last name. Please help!

I don't know why, but names stop me from writing onward.

A common name I use for characters is Gianna.

The one I am using currently is Noelle, which can sort of match your character.
