I was using Fabuloso floor soap. It smells awesome, but when you wear socks, it feels like the floor is sticky (like movie theater floor!)I have a messy baby and I'm sure she adds to the mess, but what can I use to remove some of the residue that fabuloso leaves behind? I know you can use vinegar, if I add in baking soda will that help? Thanks!

  1. vinegar, water and a teaspoon of salt do the trick for me,I have three kids, and a husband who is like a kid so my floor has to be clean and no sticky stuff,if you want a sweet smell pour a little fabric softener in there.this for me works like magic,my floors are all wood...

  2. I think if you add baking soda, it might start to foam.

  3. The only thing I use to clean my floors is 50/50 mix of distilled white vinegar and water. It's really cheap and works great. If you add the baking soda, you will need to do a final rinse of the floor. With the vinegar, you will not need to rinse (I don't rinse).

  4. just vinajar and H2O
