  1. I use a small bowl and put water in it. Then just apply toothpaste to an old toothbrush and scrub. Then give them a good rinse in the water. They sparkle like crazy again. Never do this anywhere near a sink!

  2. crest regular toothpaste & an old toothbrush

  3. vinegar baking soda and a pinch of salt

  4. A teaspoon of ammonia to a cup of warm, sudsy water. Soak for ten minutes to 1/2 hour; and scrub gently with a soft brush or old toothbrush. Rinse well.

This does NOT work with pearl jewelery , so make sure it is diamonds you wish to clean.

  5. Crest toothpaste

  6. Hot soapy water, and a very soft toothbrush. Then dry with a very soft cloth.

  7. Careful scrubbing with baking soda or toothpaste. Use a toothbrush and a little toothpaste and you should be able to make your ring sparkle.

DON'T DO IT OVER AN OPEN DRAIN OR YOU MIGHT LOOSE THE RING...

  8. I use my steam machine...just put the ring on something round like a wooden spoon handle and steam it.

    work for me.

  9. Here's what I do:

1:  Put jewelry in a small bowl.  Cover with boiling water and let it sit for 10 minutes.  This loosens up any grime, lotion etc.

2:  Empty water and cover jewelry with sudsing ammonia.  Let sit a couple minutes.

3:  Using a VERY soft toothbrush (baby toothbrush), scrub jewelry.

4:  Rinse with warm water, and buff with a soft cloth.

DO NOT use this method on pearls, opals or any soft stones though!!!!

    Good luck.
