What's a good hypothesis, or problem statement, for developing a video game?

I wanna do a science porject on game developing for my physics class, but I don't know what testing, or hypothesis, to do?

Any Ideas?

Please and thank you!

  1. You could compare several video games and ask if they represent physics accurately, i.e. is the acceleration due to gravity accurate?  Do objects bounce the way they ought to?

If you know a lot about programming, you could try to write a simple game that properly represents physics.

You could ask if it is possible to alter someone's reflexes through their interaction with a game - i.e. can a game teach them to catch a ball more often through the training of the eyes and hands with only a video game.

There are probably other things you could do, but they all seem to be fairly difficult experiments - the sorts of things that are done by graduate students rather than high school.  Good luck though.
