What's a good internet company?

I currently have ACS and they're charging me for every megabite that I download off the internet. Last month they charged me 100$ extra dollars for downloading MMORPGS and music. (AND NOT ILLEGALLY!!)

Comcast if available. Fastest, stablest, decent price.

Any broadband cable connection is better than DSL.
