What's a good manual labor job that doesn't involve heavy lifting?

Although I have a mostly office assistant background as well as a Bachelor's degree, I have not been receiving calls for job interviews which is frustrating, and plus, since I no longer qualify for unemployment insurance, I am really getting hit in the wallet these days with bills. I wouldn't mind doing manual labor type work, at this point. The only downside is that I have a back problem of sorts, which limits the amount I can hoist up (so no Fedex delivery type work for me, unless I'm looking for a hernia or two). I'd be open to your feedback. Thanks.

Maybe yardwork as in mowing or something like that?  I don't know what part of the country you're in so if you live where I am (Mid-Atlantic) then your window for opportunity is almost over...
