Check the links.  One is for a video game that kids love to play and teaches times tables.  It may be too much for a pre-schooler, but maybe not.  It was written by a former professional ninentendo programmer so the graphics and plot are excellent.  It is free for the base version which covers all the facts but lacks a few of the 'worlds'.  The complete version is around $40.

Not a website but a great computer game is MathBlaster. I don't think it is very expensive.
