  11. I think that two syllables are better. I think the first answer is best-Gavin Thomas flows really well and sounds great!

  12. How many syllables in your last name, and which syllable is stressed in it?  Is your last name sibilant, or with lots of consonant clusters? Hey, what kind of vowels?

Don't tell us your real last name, natch, but maybe you could give us a similar one?  I don't know why people keep asking about first or middle names for their babies, when the surname makes all the difference.

    But here you go anyway:

If your last name is Gotreaux, middle name 'Obsidian'

If your last name is Czekowski, 'Liden'

If your last name is Short, 'Aurelius'

  17. Douglas.

It depends upon your last name.

If your last name is of one syllable....then have two in the middle name [ Gaven Douglas James].

If your last name has two or three syllables, then one syllable seems to sound the best [Gaven James Douglas or Gaven James Johanson].

  21. Gavin Michael.  Have a friend with a boy that name and it rolls off her tongue very easily.  My sister gave me the best advice when I was looking for names for my kids... Once you pick a first and middle name, yell it a few times and make sure it is easy to say-- because somewhere in there life you will have to use both names to get their attention.
