  1. Valerian is a longtime favorite of herbalists for natural support of the nervous system. Chamomile also helps calm the nervous system and relax the body.It has also been used for anxiety, tension, colitis, migraine headaches, hysteria, cramps, spasms, nervousness, and insomnia.

  2. Sit, close your eyes, think of nothing. Your mantra re-lax. over and over. Re-lax or try "let-go" or try "more sleep"

Forget the medication. It becomes habit forming. Vitamin B injectable might work. But just close your eyes, take deep breaths and forget that you are nervous. You know why? The whole world is nervous - - worrying about it only makes us more so.

  3. Be careful of what you focus on in your mind. When I go workout at the club I run on the treadmill. I usually check my heart rate by putting my hands on those bars. The highest my heart rate has been is about 150. But, one day as I was running I found myself thinking about something that had really pissed me off. I was thinking about it and starting to get angry. I checked my heart rate and it was 180. You see your mind is the shrinkage or enlargement center of the issues in your life. I just let something get bigger than it should be. So what I'm saying is be careful of what you let you mind dwell on and don't make mountains out of molehills. This could be great for your nervous system, nerves and anxiety.

  4. Some herbs you might want to consider for daytime that won't make you sleepy. These work on the nerves specifically. you can take them in tea or tincture. Tea may be better as the act of making a cup and spending the time to drink it is relaxing anyway. Usually whole foods has some bulk herbs. they definitely will have the tincture.

Oats - Avena fatua - nourishes the nerves, relaxes without getting tired or losing focus. (You can even eat oatmeal and it will help some)

Skullcap - When feelings of being overwhelmed, having too many pots on the burner...so to speak. studies also showed it reduced anxiety

You also may want to try Bach Rescue Remedy when you are having anxiety.

  5. Valerian root in liquid form is good.  Take it in the evening because it causes sleepiness.

  6. I would advise you to try a proven supplement called chaga. It is documented as the world's strongest antioxidant  for more information go to mychaga.com/gfm2 go to product and click on product stories and read some of the amazing testimonials.
