http://www.amazon.com has pretty good prices on all items, but I am not sure if they ship to a p.o. box out of the United States.  You could go to their website, and check their FAQ.  Or, if you don't find your specific answer, you can e-mail their customer service.  They generally get back to you within 24-48 hours.

I shipped some books and school supplies in January of this year, and my friend in West Africa still hasn't received them!  We have a phrase, "slow boat to China".  Now I know that was really true!

You should be able to buy one from smaller camera stores -- I'm not sure if Amazon would support such a thing. I'd recommend checking around the Internet for vendors and explain your situation. As long as you find a place where you can talk to customer service, they should be able to find a way to help you because they want your business.

And best of luck on the fees levied by the postal agents -- picking up packages in Ghana has always been a depressing process for me.
