What's a good party idea?

I am thrwing a party for my 11 yr. old sister. Shes turning 12    I  need a CHEAP but cool, nice idea I also if there are any places ( build-a-bear, ect.) where i can have a party for cheap i will aceptt. please help  and those place have to be in the raliegh, NC area thax alot for your help if your reading it!

build a bear can get really expensive.

do something at home... make a home theater for your sis. decorate your whatever room like a theater, and make popcorn and drinks and candy with them. then rent whatever movie shes into and they can watch. give each other makeovers or what not. your sister will appreicate you.

or you can always go swimming or whatever. the movie theater can get expensive so that may not be a good idea. take them to the mall and have them bring thier own money; they'll have fun.

bake cookies or a cake with them...funnn
